Our Special Seal pro's team will visit 3 times a each quarter to re-inspect - sweep pick up debris and repair any damaged or worn areas.
Repair any minor asphalt damage as cracks and potholes. - by filling the cracks with a hot flex seal / Pothole repairs with a patching compound.
Reseal damaged areas.
Each Visit includes Sweeping - cleans many forms of debris, such as mud, glass, cigarette butts or litter, which can give a business an untidy appearance.
We Inspect Catch Basin for clogging - so lot don't have standing water do to clogged drain.
We inspect the bumpers, stripes, stenciling - if you have them for damage or fading -
Then we will submit a claim to the Maintenance director or whom is in charge. if needed replaced there will be a replacement cost or repair cost .
we submit a quarterly Parking lot maintenance report to you. We do this by square footage & Lenore footage on cracks & how many parking stops, Parking lines, handicap stencils, cracks, potholes ...etc.
