Hi I am Tim The  local Owner of a parkinglot care compnay. I started in Indiana where I have lived all my life. in a small town called Anderson. it's funny how I got into this business because I drove a concrete truck for over fourteen years and I did learn alot from many differant asphalt & concrete contractors.
I retired from the concrete business and was camping on day and a so called crew of asphalt workers were staying at the same camp ground.

They were what some people called traveriers (gypsies) I started being friends with a few.

  then I went to work part time with them. well I learned what not to do.. lets just say that. you should always remember you get what you pay for some times and sometimes not!

 Most of the time not.. There is many seal coaters  who clim to be a legitament compnay knocking on your door who waters there sealer down to nothing just to where it is just barley covers the asphalt a month later it disapears.

some are useing fence paint with gasoline.  looks very nice until they are long gone. so if someone comes knocking on your door saying they have extra matirial and will give you a great (deal) today. you better check it out. look in the phone book, ask google see if they are a real company who will stand be hind there worksmanship and matirials.you can get a real professinal to do the parkinglot care for a lower price, but much better job. most of the time. some people don't that.

 what is important. They new ways to cheat people out of there money. by cheating matirial I could not stand it. But the money was good so I stayed for the summer.

 it started turning cold. so they packed up and left. well A few weeks went by here comes the local shareff knocking on my trailer door asking all these questions about the people who was staying at the camp ground which most   do they have no local address.

 he said boy  did they clean this town out. from that point on I said to my self I would never do anyone a bad job. 

if I can't do it right then I will not attempt it. I knew I could make money the next summer so I purchased the equipment to do the jobs. I started sealcoating, fixing cracks, patching the right way. I got more into liking what I was doing. So I built a great reputation in my local town. people would tell others. before I knew it I am buying more parking lot care equipment & supples. like a line striper. and stencils. 

which now I have a sucessful striping business (I thought) I started atttending seminares and clases to learn more about what I was getting myself into..yes I have made mistakes along the way. But I did learn from them. thats my story!


 Now about concrete parking lot care
as I said I drove a concrete truck and finished concrete part time for over fourteen years.

 I know how they (the contractors) repair a lot of differant damges to concrete & asphalt by first finding the cause, repairing it first thats very important like water penatraction washing out the base. thats why sealing cracks, pot wholes is very importants to sealing.

 then we inspect the damaged area to see what your next step is going to be. it maybe just cut out the bad areas and replace with new concrete or asphalt in most cases this is what we do.  so it does not re-pete -  by fixing the source is where the smart man learns and customers gain trust because they are not seeing your butt in a court room. Parking Lot Care :Cleaning and preping your area is very important you can do this in many ways such as power washing. removing dirt, oil spots, and treating the source clean up and remove all debree. then we either treat the concrete or aspahlt with a certain sealer this is to  help preserve your investment & protect from it from oil spots - weather - heavey loads, high traffic.  new striping is where we paint parking stall lines. some maybe handicap, fire lanes, exits no parking zones some call it Parking Lot Painting : Parking lot maintenance Contrator: Parking lot Maintenance, parking lot care.
